Monq Restaurant Bostanli / Izmir '23

Monq Restaurant, located in the Bostanlı district of Karşıyaka, was designed in collaboration with Metersquare Design and Ateliers Architecture during the renovation process and its production was carried out by Ananas Woodworking. High-workmanship productions were used in furniture such as bar covers, wall panels, doors, and frames. The guillotine glass used in the area connecting the kitchen and service area was produced using wood veneer and solid oak. Honey, one of the warming tones of Ananas, was preferred in the interior, especially in the oak veneer details. All materials included in the design, such as metal productions and decorative glass, came from the Ananas workshop in a way that would create integrity in the project. This project was carried out with the aim of creating an impressive interior atmosphere by bringing together different design elements.
